Q. I placed an order in two parts. Shipping fees were charged twice. 

A. Invoice work is processed automatically through a program on the web. Combined shipping to the same address is difficult. 

Please cancel the entire order and reorder.


Shipping

Q. When will my order be shipped? 

A. The shipping date is listed in the product details. Please be sure to check the shipping date before placing your order. 


 Q. I ordered items with different shipping dates. When will they be shipped? 

A. If you purchase items with different shipping dates in one order, they will be shipped together on the latest shipping date. If you prefer faster delivery, please place separate orders for each item. 


Q. How long will international shipping take? 

A. Shipping times vary by country. On average, delivery to Asian countries takes 5-9 business days, while delivery to Europe, the United States, and Australia takes approximately 9-14 business days. 

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to circumstances such as local conditions or natural disasters.


 Q. The package was not received and has been returned to Korea. 

A. SHUSHU Cherry uses Korea Post EMS for international shipping, which requires a signature upon delivery for secure international shipment completion. 

If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be marked as undeliverable and returned to Korea. In cases where the package is returned due to the recipient’s absence, we will issue a refund for the item cost only, excluding shipping fees.


Restock

  Q. Can you provide the restock schedule? A. At SHUSHU Cherry, we are committed to responsible manufacturing practices that consider environmental and social impact. To minimize waste, we produce small batches and maintain only the necessary inventory to avoid overproduction. If you would like a particular item to be restocked, please leave a request on our Q&A board. If we receive many requests for a specific product, we will consider restocking it.  


Size Range

Q. Why doesn’t SHUSHU Cherry offer a wider range of sizes? 

A. SHUSHU Cherry is currently a small-scale brand, so managing inventory across multiple sizes is challenging. Our designs are often intricate, crafted from high-quality, premium materials, making production costs relatively high. 

Expanding our size range requires a significant investment in both time and resources. 

However, we value our customers’ feedback, and if there is high demand for specific designs in additional sizes, we would love to explore the possibility of producing those sizes in the future.
