1. Princess Membership 

The Princess Membership is a program that rewards members with 1% of their purchase amount in points after signing up and making a purchase. 

 Upon joining, members receive a welcome reward of 1 USD. Additionally, 1 USD are awarded for writing a product review, and an extra 1 USD are given for reviews with photos.

 Points can be used starting from a minimum of 1 USD , and any points earned will expire 365 days after they are issued. 

2.Orders and Payments 

Please enter all fields in English when filling out the order form, including the recipient's name and shipping address.

 Preordered items are custom-made and thus cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after the order deadline. Orders cannot be changed and cancelled after the pre-order deadline.

3. Shipping

Shipping to Asia costs $20, while shipping to other continents, including Europe, the United States, and Australia, is $35.

Pre-order items require a production period after purchase. The estimated production time is indicated for each product, so please consider this information when placing your order. 

 While production times vary by item, all pre-order items will be delivered within two months. Products that are available for immediate shipping will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

SHUSHU CHERRY uses Korea Post EMS for international shipping. Korea Post EMS requires the recipient’s signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure delivery. 

 If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may be marked as undeliverable and returned to Korea. 

In cases where the package is returned due to the recipient’s absence, we will issue a refund for the item cost only, excluding shipping fees.

Please note that EMS/K-Packet services are not available for the following U.S. territories. *

Please verify the recipient's address.  Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), American Samoa (AS), Palau (PW) 

Orders from areas where delivery is not possible will be automatically cancelled.

 4. Refunds and Exchanges Exchanges 

must be requested within 5 days for eligible items, and refunds must be requested on the same day the item is received.

 Only unworn items are eligible for one-time exchanges or returns, which must be requested within 3 days of receipt. 

 Within this period, please request an exchange or return through our Q&A board, including the reason for return. 

 Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, missing accessories, damaged packaging, or carry perfume or cosmetic scents, or have removed labels are ineligible for return. 

 For items that are not defective, the round-trip shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 

 For defects or significant flaws over 5 cm not mentioned in product photos or descriptions, we will cover all shipping costs upon verification. 

 Minor issues such as loose threads or fabric irregularities are not considered defects.           

5. Copyright

All design materials created by SHUSHUCHERRY are copyrighted, and unauthorized reproduction or editing constitutes legal responsibility under copyright law.

Our original works are protected under copyright law. If you come across any copied designs, please report them to us.
